- All services offered for sale are “accommodation” unless otherwise stated and are not extended holiday or a long-term holiday services contract or a package tour contract! Therefore, it is not subject to the provisions of “Regulation of Circuit Holiday and Long-Term Holiday Service Contracts” or “Regulation on Package Tour Contracts” and “Regulation on Procedures and Principles concerning the Implementation of Package Sales” and “Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts (Article 5, 6, 7, 8, 9/1”.
- Cancellation (right to withdrawal) can be made within 14 days following the purchase date via https://www.qnetturkiye.com.tr. Cancellation is not allowed for any confirmed reservations that have been confirmed by the company and exercised by the customer within 14 days following the purchase date.
- You have purchased “accommodation” services according to your chosen time at Turkish facilities in Fethiye, Bodrum, Marmaris, Antalya and Pamukkale and foreign facilities in Koh Samui-Thailand, Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia. Prior to the purchase of www.qnetturkiye.com.tr from our website, the contracted Facilities (property list) for the accommodation product of your choice, the accommodation product of your choice and the features of the Facilities are presented to your information. You can also visit the aa address for detailed information about the contracted facilities (property list) and the properties of the facilities and our accommodation products. Q-Breaks products offer accommodation between 2 and 4 people. The type of room and the number of people staying vary depending on the structure of the property. (Accommodation for 4 people is available for 1 or 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 children).
- Reservations are made based on room availability at the selected date: on JUNE, JULY, AUGUST or SEPTEMBER for BREAKS YAZ GÜNEŞİ accommodation; NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH or APRIL for BREAKS KIŞ GÜNEŞİ accommodation; MAY and OCTOBER for BREAKS MAYIS VE EKİM KEYFİ accommodation. Breaks Home Resorts and Breaks Hotspring Escape products can be used throughout the year. Please note that bookings on Holidays, Christmas and New Year’s Day will be sold out quickly!
- Travel validity is for 2 years from the date of contract.
- Reservation is subject to the room availability of the selected resort on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Reservation must be made at least 45 days prior to the requested travel date and must be made to [email protected] indicating the total number of people traveling, requested travel date and resort name, as well as any alternative options if requested travel date and/or resort is not available.
- Accommodation does not include any meals, transfers or other incidentals.
- No booking fee is required.
- In the event that a confirmed but unused booking is cancelled, any request for re-booking at a later date is allowed subject to an additional
re-booking fee: - Re-booking fee of USD50 shall apply to cancellation of confirmed reservations that are submitted more than 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date
- Re-booking fee of USD75 shall apply to cancellation of confirmed reservations that are submitted in less than 15 to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date, entitlement will be forfeited
- Re-booking fee will be collected at the point of cancellation of the confirmed reservations
- Guest certificate fee of USD50 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered customer.
- The resort listing is subject to change during the year depending on the agreement with the provider. It may be possible to provide a different resort(s) at the same price and quality at the reservation date. The content of the resort listing, which is subject to change from time to time depending on the agreement with the provider, has been accepted by the parties to be regarded as resorts of equal quality in terms of seller/buyer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she has purchased a service with multiple options that can provide continuous accommodation but only in the available one, according to the months of use of the product within the relevant 2-year period. However, the Customer reserves the right to terminate the contract without accepting the change. In this case the seller will refund all payments made by the customer.
- Split booking (different and separated periods) are not allowed.
