How to make a reservation?
The reservation must be made at least 45 days before the date of requested accommodation.*

Or, email your reservation request:
Email your reservation request to [email protected] with the subject “Reservation Request”.
You are required to include the following information in your email:
1. Number of persons to be accommodated (adults and children + age of children)
2. All guests’ full, legal names
3. Check in and check out dates

The Check-in Time
The check-in time is generally after 2:00 pm and check-out time before 12 noon.

Reservation Confirmation
Have your reservation confirmation,
a valid government ID and a form of payment (preferably a credit card) at hand when you check-in at the hotel/resort.

Refundable Deposit
The check-in time is generally after 2:00 pm and check-out time before 12 noon.

On the Day of Check-out
Your room will be checked by the housekeeping before you leave. The deposit will be returned to you if no damage
is incurred.

Changes to Reservation
including but not limited to change in travel dates, length of stay or hotel accommo- dation, are subject to availability at the time the change is requested. You must inform QNET Promotion company via email to [email protected] at least
72 hours or 3 days before check-in date.
Additional Details
In case of an unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delay, you should make every effort to contact the hotel/resort informing them you may be late for arrival to avoid the reservation being cancelled or marked as “No Show”.
If you do not arrive on the date of check-in or does not complete your stay during the specific period, you will not be able to reuse the unused accommodation, request for a refund or extend
your stay.
The hotel/resort reserves the right to transfer the booking to a different room of the same size and number of persons. The maximum number of persons in each room include children regardless of their age.
The accommodation does not include any meals or drinks.
